Hard to be Both

It’s still very much a work in progress.

My dog’s name is Seeger. He is both cute and handsome and, as I am so very fond of saying, it’s hard to be both. I adopted his name when I decided to try out “this Twitter thing.” I became quite a Twitter enthusiast. I met a lot of cool people there. These people had blogs. And they associated me with the name Seeger.

Now I’m trying out this blogging thing. I’m calling it “Hard to be Both.” Why? In part to honor the sweetest dog in the world, who is generously lending me his name and remains simultaneously cute and handsome.

But there are other occasions in my life where I find it hard to be both. Mommy/Wife, Flack/Writer, Professional/Slacker, Friend/Mommy, Wife/Friend, Opinionated/Measured, Sleepy/Caffeinated … yeah, you get the idea.
